Reaching the half of the Iranian fiscal year, several companies presented their second quarter reports. As a result, Banking and Automotive sectors showed huge loses. Iran Khodro has announced 25,000 billion Rials (i.e. 1.8 billion USD) of loss for the first six months of the year. One of the main problems at automotive sector is the shortage in auto-parts. According to the Auto-Part manufacturer Association, the prices at this market have increase 100 to 300 percent. Although previously, several clients were concerned about the originality of the products, currently with the supply shortage, even finding low quality parts have become a challenge.

Although Tehran Stock Exchange main index, TEDPIX, experienced huge fall on the last two trading days after the release of six-months reports, but it partly recovered its fall. In the end, TEDPIX registered 2390 points increase, i.e. 1.3 percent.
