On Wednsday, the Minister of Communications and Information Technology, Mohammad Azar-Jahromi, announced that the students and teachers using Shad App in Iran, an e-learning application, will not pay for the Internet traffic they use. Mr Azar-Jahromi also adds that 90% of the universities in Iran are using online learning and their Internet consumption for lectures will be free of charge as well.
